MrsDrPoe: Building a Better Pie Crust

I have a special treat for you this What's for Dinner Wednesday.  My latest tip for a better pie crust!  

*replace the flour in your recipe with self-rising flour*

This makes a puffier, never tough crust for pies, galettes, quiches, and more.  Enjoy one tonight!
